DMR Number is not generated in CRM

Hi Friends,

          Since last two days we are facing one error from ECC side when creating DMR against service contract from CRM.

If i check from CRM getting error like below.

• Updating could not be completed (Notification E S& 150)
• SALES_HEADER_IN has been processed successfully (Notification S V4 233)
• Object not known in CO (Notification E IAOM 028)
• Error in SALES_ITEM_IN 000100 (Notification E V4 248)
• Sales document  was not changed (Notification E V4 219).

at the same time ECC side runtime error is coming . When i check from ST22 , it seems that run time error is happening due to "SAPSQL_ARRAY_INSERT_DUPREC" .in JSTO table.
