Hello!
I'm new to SAP CRM and I have a problem with the above mentioned thing. Whenever I try to create a service order, there is one problem - the VAT stays at 0%. I've set up everything needed in the backend (the default VAT for my country is 20%), but still nothing has changed. I've checked the pricing procedures and everything there seems to be fine. However, I'm pretty sure that I miss something and I hope you can tell me how to fix it. Here is a screenshot;

As you can see, I need the % to be 20 and I don't know where to set it.
There is also one mistake that shows up. Condition type 0TTE Taxes via TTE for formula 11000 has to be statistical. I've checked the assigned pricing procedure and there is a tick on statistical and I don't know why this error keeps occurring. Hope you have the right answers.
